Beth Bioinformatics Co., Limited (BethBio) is a biotech company that develops state-of-the-art technologies for precision medicine in pharmaceutical and healthcare settings. In the area of vaccines, with the help of AI and machine learning, BethBio provides series of innovating bioinformatics solutions including optimal antigen design, region-specific antigens, vaccine effectiveness (VE) estimation in-silico, protein binding & codon optimization and more. These solutions could help pharmaceutical companies develop new vaccines, improve manufacture efficiency and optimize VE of their products. We are also the first group that develops an in-silico approach to predict VE by performing sequence analysis of virus, which enable clients to make real-time estimations against different existing and potential variants. Our solutions are applicable to any production platform and transferable to different viruses, including Influenza, COVID-19 RSV and more. BethBio is already in collaborations with multiple pharmaceutical companies and has begun new vaccine development projects.. BethBio also develops improved early screening methods for complex diseases, such as Alzheimer’s disease and Schizophrenia, using omics health datasets and clinical parameters.
